Another gear video for you all to enjoy.

Shooting a series of pedal demo’s, up first is the BOSS RV-5 Digital Reverb.

Exercises are great to not only strengthen your hand but to help pick coordination.

I’m completely blow away by the response I’ve had from my WIN A GUITAR competition.  Means a lot to me that you guys are spending time to create some amazing videos.

Plan is to get the raw footage down today, nice and sunny so should have good lighting.

Practising like mad these days, trying to get my theory to a state where I am comfortable with major scales and circle of fifths.

Also running through some blues songs and progressions, trying to pick a variety of stuff to go through including Hendrix and SRV.

I will be shooting some video over the weekend, thinking of some pedal demo’s.

I recently picked up The PRS Guitar Book by Dave Burrluck.

If you are a fan (like me) of PRS guitars then this book is a must buy, it charts the history of Paul Reed Smith and the factory.

I’ve recently discovered the IGF and been reading up on their summer school programme.

This is usually held in Bath (UK) but this year is being moved to Cheltenham and is being hosted by the University of Gloucestershire.

A course lasts 6 days and covers Rock, Blues, Jazz, Acoustic, Classical and a few more – check the site for details.

All abilities welcome, just choose the correct course for you.
